Las Vegas Dec 2022: Carmine's Italian Restaurant, Blondies, Area 15 Omega Mart, Yama Sushi, Resort World, Here Kitty Kitty, Bellagio

Took a quick trip to Vegas in December with the family to see the decorations.

We had dinner reservations at Carmine's Italian Restaurant

Espresso Martini

Chicken Parmesan

Shrimp Scampi

Bolognese Meat Sauce

Lasagna

After dinner, I passed out. Next morning we went to Blondies for breakfast and to watch some football.

Blondies usually have really cheap breakfast but I found out they don't do specials on game days.

Breakfast burrito

After breakfast met up with the rest of the family and headed to Area 15.

We came back to AREA 15 because we skipped Omega Mart last time. This time we visited.

A majority of the product\merchandise on in the Mart can be purchased but they were way overpriced for what it is.

Omega Mart is a pretty trippy place. There's a storyline if you wish to explore it.

You can easily get lost in the place. I walked around so many times and always discovered something new.

Depending on the person Omega Mart may or may not be worth it. I skimmed the place and kinda went thru it pretty quickly without diving too deep into everything and it took me about 2 hours give or take. I could have easily spent a lot more time there. Is it worth the $59 price tag? That varies on the person, for me, I'm not one to go seek out places for the gram, but the place was interesting to me, but the price is a bit steep for what you get though. It's something to do once if you're on the fence about it. I skipped it last time cause I had a large group of friends with me and I didn't think the majority of the group would enjoy it as I would. So we did SandBox VR instead for around the same price of admission to Omega Mart, SandBox VR was awesome but was only about 30 mins vs a few hours of exploring.

After AREA 15 we went to dinner at Yama Sushi. It's an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant.

The sushi here was really good. Not as good as Sakana Sushi but there was no wait at Yama vs a 2-hour wait at Sakana.

Yama Sushi was across the street from Resort World so we stopped by to check it out since some of us haven't seen it yet.

We visited Here Kitty Kitty speakeasy bar. Camouflaged as a restaurant the shelf opens up to a small bar in the back.

Decked out in holiday decor with a holiday drink menu.

After Resort World, we headed back to Cosmo to gamble and drink. Ended up spending hours at the Paigow table for hours and taught our nephew how to play.

We got Taco Bell  before we headed back to our room for the night.

The next morning we headed to Bellagio for an early lunch and to check out the holiday decorations.

Tammy and I spent the rest of our time exploring Aria before we head to the airport.

That's it for this trip.

Where to next? We're going to visit Yosemite for the first time.
