We woke up and checked out of our hotel. Eden was telling us that Macau had some awesome Portuguese custard pies. So he took us to Lord Stow's Bakery.
Oh my was it worth the trip. They were delicious.
We wondered around the area taking in the sights.
We stumbled upon some public exercise machines. Eden and Brandon had to try them out.
On our way back to the taxi we saw this really clean looking Mini Cooper.
After the custard pies Eden took us to another spot that was know for their pork chop sandwich.
Which is what it was exactly. A pork chop in between bread.
After lunch we headed to St. Paul's Cathedral. On our walk to the Cathedral there are a lot of shops and food vendors for tourist. It was really busy that day and hot.
St. Paul's Cathedral.
On the way to the Cathedral there were a lot of vendors selling beef jerky.
While in China it was neat seeing all these cars that we don't have back in the states.
After visiting the Cathedral we were ready to head back to Hong Kong.
When we got back to HK we headed out for Sushi. Yes we eat a lot.
Mango crab salad.
On the left is lobster salad and to the right is crab with crab brains. It was really good.
Some Toro (Fatty Tuna Belly)
Omg it was so buttery. It just melts in your mouth.
Found out this is Anago (sea eel) Nigiri. Thanks to onelightyear on trip advisor.
Foie Gras Nigiri. I have never seen this before. I love Foie Gras and had to try it. It was pretty good. It was probably a low grade Foie Gras, but still good.
Kobe style Wagyu beef nigiri. The picture was a bit deceiving. It showed the beef raw, but it came out like this. I was expecting raw beef, but this was still good though.
After Sushi we headed back to Eden's place. We were spending the night there. We were going to leave for Vietnam tomorrow. So on our last night Son and I decided to head back to Mongkok. We wanted to do some more shopping. Nelson met up with us.
We grabbed our last meal with Nelson.
Hot and Sour soup.
Some type or Beef dish.
Hot and Sour soup again.
WonTon with chili sauce.
Pork Belly. So fatty, but flavorful.
A night shot from Eden's balcony. We played Call of Duty the remainder of the night and passed out. A pretty uneventful day. Next stop is Vietnam. Can't wait.
