Trip report Vancouver (DAY 4) Chef Tony Seafood Restaurant.

Packed our things and headed out to meet with Eden for brunch before we head to the airport.



Alison recommended that we try Chef Tony





Steam bun filled with salty egg yolk lava.



Chilled coconut juice pudding

Steamed cuttlefish ink shrimp dumplings

Black truffle shumai

Forgot what this was, but it was really good.

Chicken feet.

I don't remember this dish, but I guess we had it.

Black truffle chow fun... I really liked this.

Fried rice.

After brunch it was time to head to the airport. Had to pump gas in the rental before returning. Last time I remember seeing a gas station at the airport. It's located right before the rental car return which is super convenient. It's actually a full service gas station and my first time experiencing full service.


That ends this trip.

Our next destination will be our annual October trip to Southern California to visit the Halloween themed out amusement parks.
