We visited the KCC Farmers Market which is open on Saturday from 7:30a-11a. There are a lot of vendors here from all over the island with made-to-order food and fresh fruit.
Fresh Pineapple with Li-hing mui powder (dried plum) adds a nice sour-tart flavor to the super sweet pineapple.
We tried the lobster roll from Feast in Manoa. It was good but expensive. $30 and came with a small bag of chips.
King Kong Hot Dog: 6oz dog, local cabbage, mayo, currywurst sauce, and cheese.
We headed to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet after.
We tried to have lunch at The Pig and The Lady but they were not offering dine-in and were only doing takeout. So we headed to the food hall at H-Mart. Giovanni's Shrimp recently opened a new location at the food hall. Now you don't have to drive all the way to Northshore for it anymore.
Milk Tea with homemade honeycomb Toffee.
You can buy drinks from H-Mart downstairs and bring them up to the food hall.
We got the original scampi and hot & spicy shrimp. I didn't like the hot & spicy. It was a bit too spicy and I didn't enjoy the flavor as much as the scampi. I recommend sticking to the scampi. I let everyone else try the hot & spicy and we all agreed it wasn't that good.
After lunch, we headed to Don Quijote to buy some snacks and gifts to bring back home. They have really good deals here and I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.
Outside the market, there are a few food stalls.
I've been seeing a lot of posts on IG about Amao strawberries in Japan and I have always wanted to try them. They are extremely expensive. $15.99 for a pack.
From an article, I found online
Anna who is from Japan confirmed that these are the strawberries I was interested in. Tammy and I bought them and we were not impressed. I expected them to be super sweet but they weren't. Not worth the money IMO.
Also saw this Sriracha copycat from Uni-Eagle.
They also have a lot of grab-and-go items.
Fresh Poke and seafood.
After we headed back to our condo and hung out until it was time for dinner. Tammy wanted to have a nice dinner one night. So I did some research and Senia was consistently mentioned. So I made reservations.
Holy Highball- green chartreuse, bloom gin, pineapple, lime, velvet falernum.
The 007- Hendrick's gin, chili vodka, cucumber, elderflower, yuzu, egg white
Tropic of Cancer- Espolon Blanco, Aperol, mango, pineapple, lime
Buttoned up- Plymouth gin, Dolin dry, house citrus cordial

Everything we had at Senia was delicious. My favorite dishes were Smoked Ahi, Terrine, and Roasted Bone Marrow.
After dinner, we headed to The Beach Bar for drinks.
Moana Surfrider Fries
Moana Mai Tai

Lava Flow
Ruby Slippahs (i think)
That ends day 4.
Tomorrow Anh and Anna head back home and the rest of us just soak in as much as we can with what vacation time we have left.
